1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yedo (the "Service"), operated by SmartBee LLC ("we", "our", or "us") for Lubbock Korean Baptist Church (the "Church"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Yedo provides live, machine-generated English interpretation of sermons as audio and captions, delivered to listeners' own devices. The Service is free for listeners.

3. Machine Translation Disclaimer

Important: The Service uses artificial intelligence and is provided as a convenience only.

• Translations may contain errors, omissions, or delays.
• Translations are not official or certified translations. The original Korean sermon is authoritative.
• Do not rely on the Service where accuracy is critical.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service for personal listening only.
• Do not record, rebroadcast, or redistribute the translated audio or captions without the Church's permission.
• Do not interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Church operators must keep the access code confidential.

5. Eligibility

The Service is intended for adult listeners aged 18 or older.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Sermon content belongs to the Church and its speakers. The Yedo software, design, and name are owned by SmartBee LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Sermon Recordings

When the Church turns on recording for a service, the recorded sermon audio, original text, translations, and translated audio belong to the Church. SmartBee LLC only stores and processes them on the Church's behalf. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and how to request deletion.

8. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice, and the Service may be unavailable when network or third-party services are unavailable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartBee LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any errors or inaccuracies in translation.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on Google Gemini API and Google Cloud. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. See also our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1. 약관의 동의

SmartBee LLC(이하 "회사")가 러벅한인침례교회(이하 "교회")를 위해 운영하는 Yedo(이하 "서비스")에 접속하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 이용하지 말아 주세요.

2. 서비스 내용

Yedo는 설교를 기계 번역으로 실시간 영어 통역해 음성과 자막으로 청중의 기기에 전달합니다. 청중은 무료로 이용합니다.

3. 기계 번역에 관한 고지

중요: 서비스는 인공지능을 사용하며 편의를 위해 제공됩니다.

• 번역에는 오류, 누락, 지연이 있을 수 있습니다.
• 번역은 공식 번역이나 인증 번역이 아닙니다. 한국어 원래 설교가 기준입니다.
• 정확성이 중요한 판단에는 서비스에 의존하지 마세요.

4. 이용 수칙

• 개인적인 청취 목적으로만 이용해 주세요.
• 교회의 허락 없이 번역 음성이나 자막을 녹음, 재송출, 배포하지 마세요.
• 서비스를 방해하거나 과부하를 주거나 권한 없이 접근하려 하지 마세요.
• 교회 운영자는 접속 코드를 외부에 알리지 않아야 합니다.

5. 이용 대상

서비스는 만 18세 이상 성인 청중을 대상으로 합니다.

6. 콘텐츠와 지식재산권

설교 내용의 권리는 교회와 설교자에게 있습니다. Yedo 소프트웨어, 디자인, 이름은 SmartBee LLC의 소유이며 저작권, 상표권 등 지식재산권법의 보호를 받습니다.

7. 설교 기록

교회가 예배에서 기록 저장을 켜면, 기록된 설교 음성, 원문, 번역문, 번역 음성은 교회의 소유입니다. SmartBee LLC는 교회를 위해 이를 보관하고 처리하기만 합니다. 저장 항목과 삭제 요청 방법은 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.

8. 서비스 제공

회사는 예고 없이 서비스를 변경, 중단, 종료할 수 있으며, 네트워크나 외부 서비스에 문제가 있으면 서비스를 이용할 수 없을 수 있습니다.

9. 책임의 제한

법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, SmartBee LLC는 서비스의 이용 또는 이용 불가로 인한 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적, 징벌적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않으며, 여기에는 번역의 오류나 부정확성이 포함됩니다.

10. 외부 서비스

서비스는 Google Gemini API와 Google Cloud를 이용합니다. 해당 서비스에는 각 회사의 약관과 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 회사의 개인정보처리방침도 함께 확인해 주세요.

11. 약관의 변경

회사는 언제든 이 약관을 수정할 수 있으며, 수정 내용은 이 페이지에 게시한 때부터 적용됩니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 수정된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

12. 준거법

이 약관은 저촉법 원칙과 관계없이 미국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.
